We provide capital for multi-year software development targeting foundational market infrastructure problems.
About the company
Prosperity For Everyone LLC is a software investment company. We invest in long-term software development targeting the foundational problems that prevent open, competitive markets from prevailing.
Company Profile
Founded in 2017, Prosperity For Everyone LLC operates as a software investment vehicle. Our capital funds multi-year high-risk high-reward software development projects. When successful, our partners will operate the resulting infrastructure in their markets.
Our model is deliberately long-term: We invest in understanding cutting-edge theoretic research, instantiating the theory in software, running it as simulations, and only when the results are satifactory, we invest in making the software operational mature. As of now, we do not currently offer services to the general public.
We are a lean organization, operating without external debt or public funding rounds.
Our Mission
We believe that access to markets should not depend on who you know, where you were born, or how well-connected you are. Every person has capabilities and needs. Markets shall exist to match them.
But today's digital markets are often closed: dominated by a few platforms that set the rules, charge high fees, and make it nearly impossible to leave. This is not a law-of-physics constraint — it is a software design choice. And software design choices can be changed.
Prosperity For Everyone LLC invests in the software infrastructure needed to create genuinely open markets: markets where competition is real, fees are low, interfaces are open, and switching is effortless.
We tackle the hard problems — the distributed systems challenges, the game-theoretic incentive designs, the multi-jurisdictional legal frameworks — that make open markets possible at scale.
Our Approach
We are an investor and developer, not an operator. Our model is:
We provide capital for multi-year software development targeting foundational market infrastructure problems.
Our contractors and team members — working with partners — design the core software components to be open, standards-based, and freely available.
Partner companies shall take the software and operate it in their markets, adding localization, support, and services tailored to their jurisdictions.
By separating investment (us) from operations (partners), we avoid conflicts of interest. We do not compete with our partners. We do not operate in the markets they serve. This structural separation is a core design principle.
Technical Focus Areas
Building infrastructure that remains reliable, consistent, and available across jurisdictions.
Designing incentive mechanisms that align the interests of all participants — customers, suppliers, and platform operators — without enabling exploitation.
Translating natural-language customer requirements into a formal language, translating natural-language supplier capabilities into a formal language, matching, creating a formal-language agreement, translating it into natural language contracts which are executable and enforcable across jurisdictions.
Creating open, standardizable interfaces for market operations — discovery, matching, ordering, tracking, and dispute resolution — that no single party controls.
